Ymeletrob is a historical bar and restaurant of Breuil-Cervinia, opened by Aimé Maquignaz and his wife in 1988.
The family-run continues with her daughter Marie Ange and his husband Giorgio, who took over the activity in 2012. Today Ymeletrob is still focusing on quality, passion and art.

Ymeletrob is a historic venue founded in 1988 in the heart of Breuil-Cervinia.
In 2016, it was expanded through a major renovation that gave the venue new life and a more modern look, perfectly blending with the mountain style that has always defined it!
Today, Ymeletrob offers several spaces for both the restaurant and bar areas, which have always operated as one unified experience!
In summer, you can also enjoy our outdoor terrace, which we always try to give an artistic touch to in order to create a unique atmosphere!

Ymeletrob is open almost everyday during the winter season (from the end of November untill the end of April) and the summer season (July and August).
Restaurant: Lunch time: from 12.00 to 2.30 pm
Dinner time: from 6.45 to 10.30 pm
Cocktail-bar: from 3.30 pm to midnight
